We understand that underwear is tricky business. Within 30 days of delivery, you may exchange for another size for the same product. We’re unable to provide refunds on underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs of underwear, we kindly ask that you open, wash, and wear one pair only.

The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The exchanged item will be dispatched after the original item is received. Exchange orders initiated through our Return & Exchange portal are NOT eligible for free shipping.  Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
