After your full day of use, rinse your underwear thoroughly in running water. You’ll know all the blood is out when the water runs clear. Pro tip: Rinse it while you shower to save time and water!

Once thoroughly rinsed, machine wash or hand wash your Lottus underwear with detergent.

Hang dry and reuse! (DO NOT put it in the dryer)
